If you use Adobe Photoshop, you can start by creating your own background with a 3.5 x 2.00 canvas at 400 dpi, about a 3 meg file, RGB. Create a background or scan a print, negative or slide.
You can use other programs such as Microsoft publisher and send the typeset in that format as well. I can read almost anything you're able to send.
Use Photoshop's Guides and set to 1/8" from top and bottom. All text and other graphics must be at least 1/8" within these guides and the left/right edges for the card to print properly. Note: The 1/8" guides prevent typeset from being clipped when cards are cut. Text or graphics too close to these guides may be cut off when trimmed.
Add text, artwork, logos, etc. inside your guides. When satisfied, save a copy of your creation then flatten the image and Save As a jpeg file, highest quality. Email this file to us along with billing information, mailing address, quantity and choice of Glossy or Matte. Note: These are REAL photographs, NOT inkjet so the quality is excellent, no fading, won't run if they get a drop of water on them and last as long as a REAL photograph.
